  Requirements

 

  • NTP-STAG selects all products and will send a product list to suppliers to include in full and 1/2p ads at least one week before ad materials are due
  • Supplier designs full page, half page and cover ads. NTP-STAG design feature and product listing ads. 
  • Cover ads must be branding ads and not include part numbers
  • Maximum number of product photos per ad: 8 for a full page, 4 for a 1/2p, 1 for a feature listing, 1 for a product listing
  • Supplier must offer a minimum 5% discount on 2 volume buys on their full product line with the first buy occurring  during the fourth quarter 2020 and the second buy in 2021
  • EXPO offers can be extended to the Canada Booking program but they must be noted on the advertising agreement
  • Current prices will be held for 90 days
  • All products must be available to sell in Canada with NAFTA agreement forms on file
  • Displays that are not stocked in NTP-STAG warehouses must be drop shipped to the warehouse noted on the PO
  • NTP-STAG reserves the right to remove products from supplier designed ads that do not meet the above requirements

Requirements

  • Supplier will offer a minimum 5% product discount on the entire line for 2 separate buys (during Q4 & during Q1).
  • Suppliers offering all booking products at the NTP-STAG Expo will qualify for the second buy with their show buy offering.
  • Current pricing will be held for ninety (90) days.
  • All product must be approved for sale in Canada.

While every effort is given to fulfill your contracted marketing commitments, given the needed flexibility in today’s marketplace,

we reserve the right to make changes in contracted programs to drive maximum sales.
